General Questions

Do you have a real shop?
Our office locates in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. You may visit our office and check out actual samples in our showroom there. Click here to view the address.

 


 

What is your office hours?

Can I bring along my own apparel to print logo on it?
Unfortunately, we do not print or add logo for apparel brought along by customers.

 


 

What is the MOQ?
For most "Custom Made" products, the MOQ is 20pcs; for "Ready-To Print" products, the MOQ is 10pcs. For some students' organizations, such as Secondary School Student Council, or University Society, we will offer lower MOQ which can be fewer than 10pcs.

 


 

Can I take away your sample or fabric swatch?
Sure. For fabric color swatch, it is free of charge, we will send by SF Express and the express fee will be paid by clients. For apparel sample, we will charge deposit ($100 - $500 per each sample, depending on the sample type) and send by SF Express and the express fee will be paid by clients. The sample deposit will be refunded back when the clients return the sample.

 


 

I cannot find my desired style of uniform in your website, what should I do?
The styles shown in our website are the previous sample ordered by our existing clients and they are for reference only. Instead, you can apply your own style and cutting in making your taiolr-made company uniform.

 


 

I have bought a Nike windbreaker and would like to copy the style as my staff uniform. Is it okay?
Yes sure. You can provide the sample to us, we can copy the cutting and style, and customize the uniform according to your preferrence.

 


 

I have submit the online quotation form, but I haven't received the quotation yet. Why?
Usually we will email the quotation to you within 24 hours upon receiving your inquiry. If you haven't received the quotation, it is probably due to the following reasons:
1. You have filled in the wrong email address.
2. You information is not clear enough, therefore we are unable to provide you quotation.
3. Some email system (yahoo, gmail, hotmail) may response our quotation email as spam mail or junk mail. So please check your spam mail box or junk mail box, to see whether our quotation email has been put in there.
4. Due to internet connection or server error, we haven't received your inquiry. In this case, please contact us on 2739 5168.

Logo Printing / Artwork Design

What format of logo file is required?
You can submit logo in .ai format by Illustrator. If you have text paragraph in your logo, please convert those characters into outline.
Besides, you can provide logo in other formats such as jpeg, tiff, psd, pdf. Please ensure the logo resolution to be 300dpi or above.

 


 

Can I submit hand drawing for logo printing?
Sure. You can also submit hand-drawn sketch. We will digitalize your hand drawing info computer format. Please be reminded that the drawing must be clear and tidy, which is drawn on a clean white sheet.

 


 

Is there any color difference between the color of the logo file and real product?
Customers can provide the Pantone color code, and we will adjust the printing color accordingly. Still, there will be slight deviations in the printed color of the actual finished pattern. The deviation rate is within a reasonable and acceptable range of about 5%.

Placing Orders

Is the computer preview free of charge? How to obtain such preview?
Companies, enterprises and registered NGO organizations will get the free computer layout sketch after confirming the order (including signing back the official quotation or providing the formal purchase PO). For class tee, university societies, and other organizations, you need to pay a deposit in advance to confirm the order. After receiving the deposit, our colleague will follow up and produce computer design drawings as soon as possible.

 


 

What is the computer layout sketch? Is it the same as the real product?
The layout sketch is a computer preview graphic, which shows you the visual effect of your uniform. In the sketch, we will specify clearly your uniform style, your uniform color, the logo size, the logo color and the logo position. The layout sketch is just for reference only and there exists a certain discrepancy with the real product such as the uniform color, the logo color and the logo-to-uniform ratio.

 


 

Can I have a sample before mass production?
If you want to have a pre-production sample, then the sample fee will be charged.
The sample fee generally ranges from $300 to $500 per piece, depending on the specification of the order. If the final bulk order is confirmed and the order quantity is 50pcs or more, the sample fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
It usually takes 8-12 days to finish the sample; it depends on the style and design of the clothes. After you receive the sample, you can request to make changes to the bulk order specifications at no extra charge.

 


 

I have received the product sample, but I would like to change some detail, so can I make another sample?
For each order, we will provide free sampling for one time only. If you would like to make another sample, then extra sampling fee will be collected and this extra charge cannot be refunded.

 


 

How long does it take to make a sample?
The sampling lead time is as below:
T-shirt : around 8-10 days
Polo shirt : around 8-12 days
Sweater, hoodie, tracksuit : around 10-12 days
Windbreaker, jacket, pants, shirts : around 12-14 days
Different types of uniform involve different kinds of working processes. Those styles with more complicated workmanship require a longer sampling lead time.

 


 

Is the size measurement in your website just the same as the real products?
Yes, you can check the size measurement of each size referring to our size spec. However, please note that there exists a discrepancy between the data and the real products due to the factors such as uniform style, uniform fabric and the apparel cutting, etc. Generally, for "Custom Made" products, 1.5-2cm is regarded as acceptable discrepancy, for "Ready-to Print" products, 2-3cm is regarded as acceptable discrepancy.

 


 

I have confirmed the order detail.. But I would like to change the size breakdown after one week. Is it okay?
In the formal order document, we will state clearly the latest date for you to change the order detail. After this date, the mass production process has already begun and therefore it is unable to make any amendment.

 


 

How long does it take for bulk order production?
The mass production lead time is as below:
T-shirt : around 10-14 days
Polo shirt : around 12-16 days
Sweater, hoodie, tracksuit : around 14-18 days
Windbreaker, jacket, pants, shirts : around 16-20 days
Different types of uniform involve different kinds of working processes. Those styles with more complicated workmanship require a longer production lead time.

Payment

When should I pay for the order?
Companies, enterprises and registered NGO organizations will need to sign back the official quotation or provide the formal purchase PO. Payment should be settled within 30 days upon order delivery. For class tee, university societies, and other organizations, deposit (approx. 15-30% of total order amount) should be collected first, and the balance should be settled within 7 days upon order delivery.

 


 

How can I pay for the deposit and balance?

Delivery

Does the quotation include free delivery?
All quotations include free delivery by SF Express. Customers can provide the business address for delivery, or pick it up at the designated SF Express store. (Some remote areas, outlying islands, warehouse, etc., require additional surcharges, depending on the region)

 


 

Can I choose a residential address for home delivery?
If the customer requires delivery to a residential address, an additional surcharge will be charged, depending on the region. In addition, it takes an extra 2 days for delivery.

After Sale Services

Can I return the products?
Because the garments are all custom-made, we will not accept returns except for quality issues.

 


 

What if I found defected items after delivery?
If you find any quality problems, please take a picture and tell us, we will deal with the situation immediately.

 


 

What if I found the size are not suitable after delivery? Can I change other sizes?
Because all the products are custom-made, we do not provide product exchange due to size issue. However, if there is more than 3cm deviation comparing to the size chart, we will exchange it for free.
