◆ Quotation ◆

 

Choose the Uniform Type and Product Style

 

There are many different types of uniform and group apparel on our website, including T-shirt, polo shirt, hoodie, class tee, sports shirt, windbreaker and jacket, etc. You can choose the productc type and style according to your preference.

 

Provide Estimated Quantity and Preliminary Design

 

You can tell us your estimated order quantity, and your preliminary logo design. If the design is not ready yet, we will provide a rough quotation for your reference. (For example, price upon one mono color logo only)

 

Preliminary Quotation

 

Upon your request, we will send the quotation to you by email or whatsapp. If you have completed the actual design later, you can email or whatsapp to us so that we can provide an actual official quotation to you.

 

 

◆ Ordering ◆

Confirm to Place Order

 

If you accept the quotation, you will enter the formal ordering process. You can provide computer drafts, hand-drawn drawings, reference photos, physical samples, etc. At the same time, we will charge a deposit, which is generally 20-30% of the total order amount. After receiving the deposit, our designers will perfect the design for you.

 

 

Drawing Computer Layout

 

Within 1-2 days after receiving all the information, we will send you the computer preview by email or whatsapp, to ensure that the order specifications meet your requirements.

 

Hand Drawing Computerization

 

If you don't know how to draw a computer logo design, you can hand in the drawings to us. You only need to tell us the idea you want. We will help you convert hand drawing into digital and printable computer graphics for free.

 

 

After confirming the design, you need to provide the size and quantity, and we will email or whatsapp the detailed order contract for you to check. After you confirm the content of the order, we will start the mass production.
Once the uniform is ready, we will notify you immediately and arrange pick-up or delivery.
If the goods are delivered by drivers, the payment can be directly delivered in cash or crossed cheque; if the goods are sent by SF Express, please arrange a transfer of the payment within 7 days after receiving the goods.

 

 

◆ Sample Making ◆

 

If you want to have a pre-production sample, then the sample fee will be charged.
The sample fee generally ranges from $300 to $500 per piece, depending on the specification of the order. If the final bulk order is confirmed and the order quantity is 50pcs or more, the sample fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
It usually takes 8-12 days to finish the sample; it depends on the style and design of the clothes. After you receive the sample, you can request to make changes to the bulk order specifications at no extra charge.
After you confirm the details of the sample and provide the size and quantity, we will send you a detailed order contract by email or whatsapp for double confirm. After you confirm the content of the order, we will start the mass production.
